Topic tags/keywords: shopdog sawhorse

I am just now getting around to building a set of the shopdog sawhorses. I noted the bolt hole on inside leg pattern is lower than the bolt hole on the outside leg patter. Is this intentional or a mistake by my printer. I am having a hard time getting the legs to work right. So I didn’t know if this is the problem or something else. Has anyone else noticed this difference? Is it intentional for a purpose? Any help appreciated.

Well, with help from John and Tim, I got 3 shopdog sawhorses built. I will used one for my miter saw; the other two for a worktable. I am now finishing up the miter saw accessory. I will go to HD this morning to pick up some T-Nuts to use with clamping knobs to attach the miter saw to the miter saw table. I don’t have room to keep everything attached. This way it will be easy and simple to put together and take apart.

Thanks for all the advice. I sent four emails to Grant but never did hear from him about my questions about the pattern but others helped and I appreciated that. I drilled the holes identical to each other and everything worked fine; no misalignment. LJ is a pretty good place to find good advice.
