We are looking at purchasing some new (used) equipment at the cabinet shop that I work at. Here is a list down in the paragraph below of specifically what we are looking for. If any of you guys or gals have any of this stuff please give me a shout. We have 3 phase power at the shop so 3 phase or single phase machinery is fine. Here are the machines we are looking for:

Upcut saw
SCMI shapers
Delta RT40 table saw
Sliding table saw
3 and 4 wheel power feeders
JLT style panel clamp rack
Large 10hp or greater dust collectors

We would be willing to drive pretty much any where in the cont US to pick up machinery if the price is right. If anyone has any of this stuff that you would consider selling please give me a shout in a PM and I will message you my cell phone number. Or just post in this thread.

Any reason you only want a rt40 and any scmi shaper..?

Any machinery dealer would likely have all you are looking for.

Boss loves the SCM stuff. We already have a few industrial SCM machinery pieces and they are absolute work horses. He also has his heart set on a used Delta RT40. Don’t know exactly why.

I’ll see if I can get a hold of Troy who use to be one of the owners of Overland Tool. He did/was selling SCM machinery..

There are tons of commercial wood working equipment brokers across the country, most sell used tools they take in trade. Google can find them instantly.

We have most of the tools on your list posted on CL last I checked, which makes me wonder how hard you have looked?

Am guessing you haven’t called folks like EX-Factory and Mid America Machinery that advertise in your area? Have you search/posted to woodweb machinery forum yet?

Best Luck.

Yes we have looked at several machinery brokers but for the most part they are at the top end of the prices on used machines. We are looking to get some of these things at a price cheaper than the typical broker. For example we just purchased a used European sliding table saw that is 10hp, has 10ft capacity and is less than 7 years old for under $3k. No way we could have gotten one like this from a broker at that price.

I just made this post to see anyone might have any of this stuff that they could let go for a bargain.

You never called me. A guy local to me has an RT40. He was asking $1500, may take less.

Have your say...
