Looks pretty suspicious to me. That's the only item they have for sale. Shipping should cost as much as their price or more, even if it's at no cost to the purchaser.
Could be fraud, but could be a posting mistake, though I would think after the first purchase they would have fixed it. Even at 10 times the price, if it was a decimal error, seems to cheap to be true.

There is more to it, look at the "people also bought" auctions there are many more with similar prices. One I checked had 18 sold at a similar price. Some kind of ring or something. I'm guessing if you tried to buy it your bid would be canceled and only certain buyers could.
Why look for credit card info when people will just hand you their money? Scam goes like this: Dirtbag hacks a dormant account and list a bunch of something that he doesn't even have for a really low price. A ton of them (so far 174 in this case) are going to sell before eBay freezes the account, because buyers are complaining that nothing is being shipped. By that time, dirtbag and the money are long gone.
When My PayPal account got hacked, two years ago…I never went back…..card the account was using? Long closed, nothing in it….still getting messages about that account….
You might take the saw's temp. smells a bit "Hot" to me…...seller might be the Fence trying to unload stuff….
If it s too good to be true, it probably is. A scam for sure. Looking for your credit card info.

The "buyers" will probably all get refunds from eBay, but their stupidity raises transaction fees for everyone else.
