Hello everyone new to this forum,

I have just received a ludell lathe WL40 (free) and cannot find out what size spindle it has not sure if it is a 3/4 or 1” any help would be very appreciated
The lathe works great and has a pointed securement screwed onto the spindle.
It did not come with a chuck and I am trying to buy the correct one along with a faceplate for it.
I have googled the lathe with no luck finding out this information.

You don’t have a ruller anywhere handy?

Does your lathe look like this?

That lathe made & sold under different names. Might want to get an inexpensive digital calipers!
