Looking at building a table saw station. I want to pose this question. I’m aware there are plenty of other options to this. I don’t need to know the alternatives. So essentially this is based on cost. I’m looking at building a basic base out of 2×4s and covered in OSB. The cabinet assembly would be OSB with the ability to support a contractor table saw, drawers and shelving. This needs to support a lot of weight. I’m not sure if OSB can? I’ve used it a few times for shop projects. 2×4 frame and OSB for shelf or table top. I’m assuming that’s the route I’d have to go if I wanted to use OSB. But want opinions. As far as construction of the cabinets. Was just thinking butt joint glued and screwed. Thank you in advance
