I completed my first French foot today! I’m very happy with the outcome. I searched for years but was unable to find a good description of the construction procedure. Finally a good friend who is a very accomplished woodworker taught me the process. I’ve posted a very long description with many photos on my LJ Blog, for those of you who might be interested.

I think the secret is to make 2 that look the same? At least that is my problem:)

-- Lifting one end of the plank.
