What type of notification did you get? Email from Etsy?

My wife discovered the charges on our credit card report, online.

BTW, you can’t call Etsy. There is only emails to the support help. Not too confident that I will ever hear back from them.

At least it was with a credit card, easier to dispute. One of my credit card companies will call me when suspicious charges appear then they cancel that card. Which has happened a few times from buying stuff online.

So, to be clear, some evil entity used your credit card to buy stuff on etsy? Yes.

I thought by your wording that someone had hacked etsy and bought stuff you have listed for sale there fraudulently and you would not receive the money. It was early in the morning, hadnt had coffee yet.
