Topic tags/keywords: cribbage board on-board storage

I’d like to make my son a cribbage board for a Christmas present. Here are my requirements:
- Portable
- 2 player
- on-board peg and card storage

I purchased a 2 player template from Rockler to help with drilling of the holes but I want to build the board so that it has on-board storage for the pegs and cards.

If anybody has any suggestions and/or plans please let me know. If I find the right design I’d gladly pay for the plans.

Thanks,
Jeff

I went through a few pages of this and saw a few with on board storage. You probably wouldn’t need plans after seeing them.

Many possibilities, two boards, top game board and bottom storage board that pivots open with magnet to hold closed.

These are pics that other LJ’s have posted.

On the far right of “Portable cribbage board plans” there’s a Search LumberJocks.com function.

Have at it and we’re looking forward to your completed project!

Best of luck.

Thanks folks for your replies. I think I have a pretty good idea of what type of board to build. Just hoping my son will appreciate it! :)

Have your say...
