I would like to build a bar stool with a back on it with Black 1/2ā€ Threaded Gas Pipe . I seen a picture of one on Pinterest. I want to make the seats and back out of wood. My problem is figuring the right sequence of screwing the pipe together so all connections are tight. Iā€™m starting to wonder if there is a way. Any help to figure it out would be appreciated.

Thank you

Don’t you usually start at the fixed end and work your way out from there.

Start from the center tee if you have one and work your way out then down. If no center tee then go top to bottom.

Use a union wherever you’re painted into a corner.
