Nope. What is your dust collection setup on the DW735?

Sounds like you need to add a dust collection hood to your machine….It’ll take care of most of that nonsense….!! If not, just take an air hose and blow it out….easy peasy——nice and easy…..!!

Has 3 HP fox dual bag running all machines in shop 4 in after leaving 5 in. Has good collection on all machines until installing shilex. It also has 4 in collection. After installing shelix fine dust collects inside area under top. Looked on connections for cracks, put extra gaskets on connectors. As far as blowing it out thats what we ae doing

Been using helical cutter, on mine for couple of years, no problems, use the blower that is on the unit. Don’t have dust collection system, just blown to the yard. never had a problem

I hook my DW735 up to my 2HP DC but it’s a direct connection on a 10’ 4” hose with no real buildup of fines under the hood. So I may be getting better suckion than you at the planner. I’m using the Byrd Shelix.
