I make wooden fly boxes on occasion for gifts and donations to charities for auctions. I used to use Millstream Ripple foam for the box inserts but I just found out the company is out of business. Anyone got a suggestion for a replacement material?
I’d like to find silicon in a sheet but can not find it online.

I saw some fly boxes that had “sheet” cork blued in the bottom. You can usually find sheets of cork at craft suppliers. Of course Amazon has all kinds of it from 1/8” to 1” thick.

Here is another foam supplier but its product is flat, not rippled:

check these guys out,not the cheapest but some cool stuff.
