here is some good use for those tools you might have stored or not using. these folks are all going to costa rica to help with a sail cargo ship being built there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upzMcw4XB9c

any tools you might have to spare would be greatly appreciated, as they are also starting a school to teach boatbuilding there too.
these two men are building their own boat from scratch themselves without any prior boatbuilding knowledge.

i have been to their shop and seen this boat in progress, they are now up to 103 vids of the whole build as it progresses

Sail Cargo also has a plethora of You Tube videos. Massive project with huge rib construction. What a dream job crewing that when done.

Good for them. Great project…. for some reason the guy without the big beard reminded me of Steve McQueen,,,, looks wise.

I hope it works out for them.
They look like a couple of young, strong capable fellows.
It is a great dream which I hope they make come true.

That is one huge sail boat!!

For someone who has never built one, that is a big bite to chew!

I wish them luck…

I hope their dream comes true!

I am also enjoying following the story of Acorn to Arabella. Great story!
