Just heard that our lumberjock friend gfadvm (Andy) https://www.lumberjocks.com/gfadvm
has passed. He was one of the few internet friends I cared about.
They didn’t come much better. Please pray for the family
RIP

Andy will be missed here. He was a good “buddy” to have, always adding useful and knowledgeable comments, and always fun. I hope he’s with Grizz and having one for us.
Let’s have one for them!

Rest in Peace, Andy!...you’re in a better place now, buddy!
The last time I talked to him he told me of his health problems and I never saw a post from again.

I did message “Administration” but never even got a response back.
Maybe things just take time, I hope he gets put in there though, he deserves to be.

Same question here. I found the In Memoriam page but didn’t see a way to add to it. Do you need to send Cricket a request??

Thanks for the post, LeeRoy. I sent Cricket a private message to add Andy to the LJ Memorial page.

Andy was a fine fellow both online and in-person. I visited with him several times both before and after he got his diagnosis. Being a 12-hour drive apart didn’t allow us to visit often, but I enjoyed every visit I did have with he and his wife Carol. Please keep her and the rest of the family in your thoughts and prayers.
