I'm sure some of you recognize this name and youtube channel, and have watched his videos. If you don't know this channel, in my opinion you are missing some of the best woodworking videos on the internet.

James and his family make videos about interesting builds and subjects and they are done extremely well. No nonsense, he speaks at the perfect pace, no ego involved (you rarely even see his face) the camera work is always right where it needs to be. I just can't say enough nice things about this guy.

I'm not related but I am a fan and want to share what I feel is a terrific learning channel.

Here is the link to his website if you want it. He sells plans and some other merchandise here.

However, this is the link to all of his videos on youtube. Check it out and you will see what I'm so impressed with.

I hope this helps some of you learn something you didn't know. I've been building stuff for about 20 years off and on, and I still learn stuff from his videos.

James is a good guy, and he will quickly answer questions you post on his videos. It surprised me…

I think he creates a lot of his own issues in the amount of glue he globs onto everything, but he and the kids do some nice looking work. Once they wipe off all the squeeze out. I think he owns stock in Franklin….

That crosscut sled with the ZCR is the bomb.

There are actually quite a few promising makers on You Tube.

His show is on Amazon Prime video so I can watch it on TV (I don't watch utube). I watched a few minutes of one episode and he did what i considered a very unsafe saw cut. I quit watching….maybe I need to go back and watch a few more episodes.

I've seen quite a few of his videos and agree he does some good work but like Fred says I've seen him do some things that make me scratch my head. I just watched his cross cut sled build, he cut a piece of plywood ~20" wide and then slid it all the way back through the blade which is just a kick-back waiting to happen.
