Do you think this craftsman saw is the Steel city Twin?

Under 100.00… I cant believe guys that let a nice table rust like that… Would you go look at it? parts available?

Looks like it very probably was made by Orion, who also made the Steel City saws. For under $100, I’d buy first and take my chances on parts. Just the fence is worth the asking price. Unless something serious is broken, any bearings or other easily replaceable parts will be available from some source.
