I just had to brag about the steal of a deal I found on my local CraigsList last week. I saw an ad about a "table saw and two other saws". After looking at the ad and emailing with the seller, I went and immediately took at look and bought the saw without ever hearing it run.

I ended up getting the saw and everything that was on top of it as the seller was cleaning out the building they just took over and wanted it gone. In the pile was the crown jewel, a Delta Unisaw on a mobile base with a 52" table and Unifence. On top of the saw was a sliding table that went with the saw.

Also in the pile was a Delta Power Feeder, a small Skill Saw table saw, and a stone/marble/granite router which is used to pull rounded edges on stone.

All this for the grand total of $175!!!!!! I've died and gone to heaven I believe.

There is a little elbow grease needed to get some surface rust off the table top, and to switch out the right side table, but other than that the saw is in perfect condition.

Suckage becomes you. Nice score.

I agree you should have stopped on the way home and bought a Lotto tickie. Probably the good luck genie has moved along by now.

I couldn't get it out of their building and in my trailer and to my house fast enough. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and it not end up working out haha.

Thanks everybody. I just got extremely lucky finding it after missing out on a couple others a few days before. Sure glad I did!

It was in a shop that did mostly tile and granite and a few custom cabinets but they weren't open all that long. They left it behind whenever they left the building. Apparently there was a lot of other stuff they left too, but the guys from the new leasee took all that for themselves.

First project up for it is making a new table. I have some UHMW that came from a Delta RT31 that I bought cheap a few years ago as a project saw but never got around to it so I sold it. That should make a great top for the wing I think.
