3 generations of woodworking hand tools
Hope it’s appropriate for me to advertise here. I’m a 76 year old Canadian woodworker challenged with stage IV terminal metastatic renal cancer & chronic kidney disease. Therefore I’m selling my hand tools.
Anyone interested, please email me: [email protected]
Thank you….........Katzon (Jeff)

Jeff, I know how painful selling your tools must be. I’m getting there myself and I’ve thought about it a lot. Hopefully I have a little while yet to go. I just want to let you know that I feel your pain.

I am so sorry to hear of your illness and the difficult decision you have had to make in parting with your tools. It is not an easy thing to do, we know, and you want them to go to people who will appreciate them.
As your time and health allow, perhaps you could tell us about a few items you have and the price you are asking for them. That might get the process moving a bit faster. I’m sure folks here will be interested in your items.

Yep, if you post some pictures and prices I am sure some will sell.

Jeff,
I’m so sorry to hear about your illness and the fact you have to sell your tools. You and your family are in my prayers and thoughts!
Tom.

I sincerely appreciate your thoughts, prayers & encouragement. Yes, it is painful having to sell my equipment. However, I’m very grateful for my 8 years of extended life. Everyone has challenges, & many are worse off than me. So things could have been worse.
Thanks to Lumberjocks, some members have responded, I have to apologise though, as I’m very slow in anything I do, due to the extreme fatigue & disorientation. As much as I’m thankful to The Tom Baker Cancer Centre for 8 years of clinical trial medication treatment, side effects do take it’s toll. At 76, with terminal stage IV met. renal cancer & chronic kidney disease, I’ve beat the odds & how can I complain?
My list of tools is very long, therefore I’m hesitant to publish it on this forum, unless I’m told otherwise. Also, I should tell you I’m not very tech savvy.
Thanks again…........... Jeff
