Recently I’ve been trying to search the website and have typed in what I’m searching for and click on the search button and not getting any returns. Keep getting a blank page. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Post the search just as you searched and someone can see if it is you or the web!

Common issue for paranoid among us. Check you browser blocking settings:

If you block 3rd party trackers or cookies, then LJ search may not display correctly.
LJ uses a Google search redirect to display search results.

In Firefox; if I use level 2 blocking list, and/or block all 3rd party cookies; the search page is empty.
Can not use more than level 1 blocking list, and use LJ native search.

Hope this helps.

Go to wherever you turn pop up blocking on or off, and look for a tab named exceptions. Click on that, and cut and paste in.

www.lumberjocks.com

It will NOT block pop ups here, yet you will keep on blocking the rest of the net. That keeps you from having to switch back and forth. Likewise you can do that on any site you trust. Not saying they still might not SPAM bomb you, but if they have pop ups as an active part of their site, you will be able to view that content you otherwise block.
