Any ideas for drilling precise angles holes in a stair railing for iron balusters? I only need to drill 3. I am thinking a drill press? The railing is only about 30” long.

Plumb Bob will put your holes on point, and an angle gauge if you need to determine what angle the Bob is pointing you to.
