I’ve been getting this message Compliments of CHROME for the last Few Days right after I Sign In.

Not that it stops me from Continuing. ”This Page is trying to load scripts from Unauthenticated Sources” The Site You’re Visiting is NOT Secure! These are the Only Parts that concern ME!”
Up Top, Left of the Star (Bookmark This Page) in the URL Space

No doubt that one of them is “Facebook”.

This is ONLY the Last Part of the page they send me to.

Just thought I’d mention it, if it’s of any Concern. (My Cache & Everything Else Was Just Cleaned!)

P. S. It’s taking a LONG Time to load the Initial Post This Edit will load Instantly!

probably a few of the crappy programmed unsecured bug infested ads. I would guess the majority of ads are just that… useful. But there are some that are not quality controlled very well. not the fault of LJ site in specifics as I believe ads are displayed/bought in bulk, not by singles.

+1 3rd party ad tracking scripts are bad news.
Lol,
I fixed that problem long time ago

Switched to Firefox, and turned on blocking for pop ups/ads/trackers/3rd party cookies;
Result is I NEVER see any advertisements on LJ – unless I use the search function and then the ads are in main page with links I wanted.

Only drawback I find with Firefox content block settings is occasionally some links appear dead, or a site will refuse to load and ask me to turn off ad blocking so they can track my activity.
No problem, I fire up IE, and let them watch me. Of course, IE is set to erase all content/cookies when I close the program, so they lose my tracking ID”s every visit.

The net is evil!
Google, Yahoo, and Bing are some of the most evil.
Call and ask Google if you can buy a list of people who like wood working sites on internet. They will sell you one, only a couple dollars a name. Will your personal information be on it?
Use Chrome or Google? then Yes!

You must project yourself!
Might want to try https://duckduckgo.com/ as your search engine if want less net intrusion in your life.

Cheers!

Chrome will block you from going to the outhouse if they could get away with it.

I use Firefox and a VPN. Just got tried of all the unwanted stuff trying to invade my computer. Not any more. Just wish there was something to use to block all the useless phone calls. Oh there is …cancel your landline!
