im looking at getting a larger bandsaw,,at the moment all I have is a benchtop,,I have been looking at the rikon 10-326 and the grizzly go513xp and the go513 anniversary edition,,,and the laguna 14bx,,,i know the grizzlys just have a one year warranty where rikon has 5,,dont know about laguna,,,I like the grizzlys but I guess im hungup on that freight charge when I can go and buy the rikon now for about 400 less than the grizzly,,can anyone help,,and for sawing up green wood for bowl blanks should I get a 2 hp,,

I would get grizzly because of throat capacity and biggest motor.

Bigger is generally better. Need as much height and throat as you can get. I have had the G0513x for about 6 years now. Good saw. My only complaint is the tires didn’t last. Could be the big, deep gullet blades I’ve been using.
