Does anyone out there buy turning wood from online vendors? Local vendors selling exotic species are few in this area. I have looked online and have seen some that look OK. Wondering if LJ’s out there have any experience or recommendations.

I’ve ordered several cherry bowl blanks from this source. Everything went very smoothly.

Mike, I have purchased exotic turning stock off of E-Bay from several vendors.
all provided satisfactory products with great shipping.

do you have a WoodCraft store in your area ?? I visited mine in Orlando, FL
last week and they had 2 huge wooden crates the size of a pallet of very nice
cut-offs for $4.00 a pound. will be going back next week for another load.
