Good morning. I am planning to make several of the wooden threaded posts that the old glass insulators were screwed to. It is a 1” diameter peg with 4 teeth per inch. I am having trouble locating a wood threading kit with a 1” x 4tpi die. Any advice?

Beall has threaders that you could look at.

The Beall is 6TPI on the 1-inch
I think you will have to custom make a 4TPI, I have not seem one like that
