Making a 30-36” wood bow saw. What is your blade source and how many teeth/in? Most blades I see are for sawing tree limbs or is this typically used for woodworking?.

I made the one from the Paul Sellers blog. Got the fine tooth blade from Highland woodworkers It came out great especially for end grain/dovetails

Many saw sharpening shops have bandsaw blade material in big continuous rolls. I sure they can cut you any length you need and then anneal the ends so you can drill a mounting hole.

if you are looking for a re-saw type blade then Blackburn Tools and Badaxe Saws have them but I also found a site that the price was a little more reasonable. It is http://tgiag.com/sawplate.html, they have a nice selection of different blades. The longest frame saw blade is 28” (it seemed like they had a longer one last time I checked) but they will do custom sizes.
