I know Google is your friend but I thought for those that have done it or did the search on the topic before me could make some recommendations of books, videos or even a weekend class in Mid-Michigan that may help jump start my learning search with technics and jigs and the best ways to cut the parts.

Mike pekovich’s article in Fine Woodworking is very good. I made my first panel a few weeks ago using it.

Search YouTube for a guy named Mike Farrington. He does this and many other things.

Bobmedic, thanks for the tip on Mike Farrington he has some great videos on the subject.

JADobson, I checked out Mike pekovich’s article its a good read as well.

Desmond King has a 3 book series called “Shoji and Kumiko Design”. Probably the best, most in depth review of the subject.
