What is the best router bit for making muntins on window sashes.

Somerfeld do a good range of router bits and sets.
I do not have the link, however there is a lengthy YouTube vid by the guy makes the bits. In his video (which doesn’t look too commercial) he guides you through how to make the sash using his bits.
It may not be what you are looking for, although it may provide you with some useful info.

No such thing as best…..if your milling muntins…...you ll need to match the sticking. What did you run the sash sticking with ?
