Topic tags/keywords: in line industries table saw contactor saw online ordering

Good afternoon everyone. Has anyone recently ordered from in line industries and actually received their order? I ordered a belt, pulleys and PALS kit for my contractor saw 2 weeks ago and other than the automated “order has been received” email, I’ve heard nothing. I sent an email asking the status of my order and when I didn’t receive a reply I decided to give them a call. Phone rings about 15 times then goes to a message about voice mail being full. Did I get scammed? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Looking at some old reviews of them on sawmillcreek, I don’t think you got scammed, they just are not that good at dealing with online sales. I would keep pestering them if I were you.

I had the same experience. I got the automated response when I placed the order and then nothing. I called and emailed several times. A couple of weeks later my order showed up. I think that they are a very small company (maybe just 1 person) and customer service is not their strong point. I love the PALS though.
Worked great on my Powermatic 64A.
They are probably closed for the holidays. Hang in there!
