I am a hobbyist and will build cabinets with the new saw. I also will need to roll it around the garage so weight & mobility is a consideration.

I am seriously looking at the Grizzly G0771z ($1000 delivered)
Do you have any suggestions on other table saws I should look at in this price range?

Thank you for your suggestions.

Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace, etc., are always worth a look. If you have 220v, you might find a nice 3hp industrial cabinet saw. If not, the G0771Z seems like a solid choice in this price range.

I have had the G0690 for 3 years now and have had no problems at all. I did have issues with shipping, because there were missing parts and damage to the door that fits around the motor, but Grizzly sent me new arts within 3 days, so kudos to them for great service.
You should enjoy the saw your considering very much. It’s always nice to get a new toy!

I got a G0771Z in April of 2017. I have no regrets. For the price of this hybred table saw it It’s well worth it. It’s shipped to you on a pallet the size of the base, held on by 4 bolts on the bottom, The table extension wings are boxed with the base and the rails and fence in separate boxes. Easy to move around with a appliance dolly.
