Is there a limit to the width of a shorter door? For example a door that is 10” tall but 21” wide. The Blum PDF does say this: “NOTE: The distance between the top and bottom hinges must be greater than the width of the door”

It’s going to depend on the weight of the door. I have Glass hinges in my kitchen, which are similar quality to Blum, and the doors over the fridge are wider than they are tall. There has been no sagging at all. I can’t even flex the door by tugging on it. I suppose if you had an extreme situation the hinges could give a little but I don’t think your dimensions are a problem.
