Help finding a wall hanger

I am looking for a wall hanger like the one shown in the first image below. It’s plastic, and about an inch high by about a half inch wide. I know the fastener image is blurry, which is why I posted the second image, which shows the type of slot that is used to slide onto the fastener. Anyone know what this type of fastener is called or where they might be purchased?

I’ve always heard these called ” standoff keyhole” fasteners. I never bought any so I can’t help with a supplier.

Are you looking for a nearly exact copy of this hanger or just some sore of cleated hanger?

There are a number of hanging devices that work similar to this. Search “cleat Hangers” to so see some of them.
An other is the “French cleat” hanger which you can make yourself.

I was hoping to get something like in the photo because of its small size and the fact that it’s not visible when in use.
