I lived in San Pablo City for 6 months or so and never saw anything like that !!!
if I had, that would have been my main hangout just to learn something new.

Even though these bikes are not motorized they would sure open some eyes at the Harley Davison rallies in Sturgis South Dakota, Gilroy CA, and the other popular sites.
Some very creative carving!
