Hello everyone I'm a nube here and also to lumber market. I purchased a Lucas Mill awhile back to tinker with that I sawed some nice wormy red and white oak. I also had it kiln dried and planed on two sides. My first question is what is the going rate for wormy red and also for the white? Also, from researching wood sales on the net a lot of lumber is sold in small lots of a few board feet. What rate of discount should be applied for larger quantities?
Thanks in advance for the help.

i would say no more then $1 a foot at ITL lumber yard any wormy red or white is classified as lower grade usually tossed in the comsell bundles or cut up for blocks its been about 6 months since i worked there(couldn't stop crying with every character board that was ground up) but usually in oak wormy is a lower grade, now if it was wormy soft maple that fetches a good bit when you accumulate a good amount.
