I’ve seen this unanswered for a few days, so I will drop my thought. The school is split on the need for the in/outfeed tables on a lunchbox planer. Those against are never going to see a snipe free finish, some advocate it’s easier to chop off a few inches, and not worry about it. Some want the support for both finish, safety, and ease of use.

Those who have them will seldom give them up without a fight.

Coming onto Christmas deals you may want to entertain grabbing up anything that gets them below that 100 bux you usually see them at.

$45 on amazon (no tax and free shipping if you are a Prime member), or about the same at your local Home Depot.

Or – built a longer auxiliary table out of some 12” wide laminated shelving for about $10.

Thanks for the info. I like the tables because I want to raise them about a penny’s width on front and back to help with snipe. I’ll keep an eye out. I know they’re only about $45 on amazon, I’m just tapped for funds after buying the planer. haha.
