I have a 6’ ~3’ slab that I want to put ruibio monocoat on to seal it. There is a section about 10 inches long and 3 inches at the widest that I need to fill with epoxy. the widest part of the pour will only be 3 inches wide at the widest by 10 inches. the rest will be maybe a 1/4” wide.

Has anyone had experience using Rubio Monocoat on applications that involved epoxy resin fills?

Would a varnish be a better option in this case? if so, what kind?

The wood is spalted maple .

looking at Monocoat’s website, there are several varieties of their products.
you need to be more explicit as to which one you want to use.
or ~ you could call their tech desk at (877) 928-9663.
