You are close to me, and I am looking for a drill press, but unfortunately a bit out of my price range. Reason for sale given it is in such good condition?

The drill press is guaranteed to be in excellent condition and has barely been use. I am downsizing as we are looking at moving (might be renting for a while) and I am not sure of the size of the area I will have for tools and I figure I can just by new once I know how much or if I have room. So instead of moving it around or storing it for a few years I figured I would just sell and go from there. If you look at some of my past threads you will see I had just sold my dust collector and two of my sanders.
