Well, i came across one of these, 20inch, 220v, appears to be in decent shape on exterior, 150 inch blade. just wondering if someone has experience with these and well are they a decent saw, thanks for info |

A little more information would be nice, like the age of the saw and maybe a picture and the price. |

It was a 28-640 as for age, wasn’t sure, never heard back from seller, and it looks like its gone, was up for 400, but a couple hours away from me, hence the hesitation to purchase, ugh. tried to find out some info on webs, but it was sketchy not having absolute info, took me a while to find a picture of it. thanks to all w ho chimed in |

Well now it popped back up for sale, so Im a gonna drive out to Wickenburg, az, and get a look, chatted with the old boy, he used it in his boat yard when in oregon, looks to be in decent shape, and for 400 samolians, might be ok, either way, there is a great joint in up wickenburg way to have lunch, a win win, as far as i’m concerned. happy sunday |

Well, I now own it, used it in his garage, unit is in incredible shape, new wheels, and bearings, i ran a piece thru it and no issue cutting a 1/8;; pc, yeehaw, i’m one happy band saw owner, and yeah mine for 375.00 |

yep, its a 28-651, found a local joint to make me some blades, they will be ready in a few days, I put some casters on it to move it around, dang thing weights at least 400 plus pounds, took four of us to get out of truck, whew, happy monday, i’m still smiling |
