Hey Gents!

My wife and I just a deck built in our back yard, and I’d like to build an outdoor dining table for us that can be converted into a ping pong table.

My idea so far:
Two pieces divided length wise (108” x 30”), that can fit together with a tongue and groove to become a ping pong table, and can be stacked on top of each other to create the dining table.
The table top pieces would latch to a frame.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Ask Google about ping pong conversion top for billiard table.
These are available commercially for <$200, and will show you common method for converting most any flat table to ping pong.

Best Luck.
