I am looking to build the 3 in 1 crib built by a number of members. I am wondering if the downloadable plans are better than the ones that are actually in the magazine. Is there a benefit to spending the $20 vs just using the ones in the magazine?

I don’t think so. I have some of each and can see no reason to spend extra money on them. That said, they sometimes have corrections to what’s printed, or suggestions from readers on how to do some part better. You’d have to catch those changes in the magazine, but I think they include (at least they said they would) them with the purchased plans.

I don’t know but good question Andy. I’m building something from Woodsmith magazine and all the info is there but abbreviated (the minimum info) to fit the magazine, I believe the paid plans have more info. No idea about Wood though.
