I’m trying to find out about some property in or east of the title, if you know someone, or do live there could you contact me, it is a 11 hour plus drive for me to get up and take a look, and was wanting to perhaps offer payment to have someone in area take a drive and take a look and some pictures of supposed property, and send to me, be happy to pay for time
Yeah, and local real estate folks are not real helpful unless they have listing, this is by owner, is the problem.

thanks

Try posting this on the Craig’s list in the area you are interested in.

Personally I’d try a realtor or find a surveyor that’s local to there and have them do it. If there’s any hunting store around you might call and talk to the staff there. One of them might do it

Maybe helpful maybe not but in Navajo county you can look on the county website and find owner info. so maybe they have a similar setup.

I have the owners name, just trying to get a lay of the land so to speak, i hunted the san luis mts. about 30 years ago, and frankly have no memory of the area other than humping the mountain chasing a critter, hehe, so hence the inquiry

probably gonna sache on up in a week or so, and take a good look around, and work my back down thru NM and see a pard thats off the grid, literally in BFE<

thanks to all

I can hump a mountain. With authority.

Not so much help on the real estate stuff. Sorry.
