Google “drawer lip router bit” and look at the images. There are several there that are what you’re looking for. You can choose your price range.

Try Rockler for a finger pull bit. There is a Freud and a Rockler bit that may work.

If this is from a commercial cabinet, then it could be a shaper profile.

If you have a profile gauge, use it to create a profile you can take to the router bit store…

I think it is this bit:

There are a few sizes. You might be best going to Woodcraft/Rockler to get a match. If this is right, these are possibly the best bits you can buy.
