Does anyone have any experience with this tool? Is it worth the $?

A couple of things to get out of the way first. It is discontinued in the US so unless you find one used you have to import from Europe and if you buy one used accessories and templates would have to be imported if you want/need them. Second, I assume you know they can only be used with Festool routers because the guide bushing used is designed to hold the bushing captive in the teeth a useful idea but again limits you to Festool routers.

I had one about 10 years ago and liked it in some ways and disliked it in others. In the end, I prefer variable spacing jigs and now have the Leigh D4R.
