Hello everybody this is my first post
I want to buy a new spray gun. I have to paint these douglas pine windows
https://ibb.co/jdwrxJ
https://ibb.co/d8SLrd
https://ibb.co/mBn9jy
I still don’t know if I have to use the mouse sander or otherwise this time I could also not sand them since they are not too damaged
I was suggested to use Sayerlack paint AZ2130/85 larch like this one
https://www.toolmarket.it/finitura-ad-acqua-tixo-per-esterni-6-lt-az2130-larice.html
This paint require to use a spray gun, even though some people say you can use also just a brush
I would like to ask what sort of spray gun I should buy
They suggested me an Asturo gun like the Asturo H-827P
https://www.amazon.it/ASTURO-Aerografo-Speciale-Superiore-Pressione/dp/B011KOMZ3O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1532529988&sr=8-1&keywords=Asturo+H-827P

But I can consider also totally different types, I really have no idea on what would be the best choice for this and other kinds of works
There are use used guns which seem to be good this one for example
https://www.subito.it/giardino-fai-da-te/pistola-a-spruzzo-elettrica-nuova-como-255203323.htm
https://www.subito.it/giardino-fai-da-te/pistola-a-spruzzo-black-decker-bergamo-259834859.htm

Or ultra cheap like these ones (manual)
https://www.subito.it/giardino-fai-da-te/pistola-a-spuzzo-varese-250874812.htm

Anyway that’s already too much information

Thank you for any suggestions

what size air compressor do you currently have ???
the size tank and CFM basically limits the size of gun you can use.
also – your language is Italian – it is hard for us to recommend what is
available to you locally.

Thank you for your answer
Right now I don’t have a compressor
Perhaps I could just consider a manual spray gun like this one
https://www.amazon.it/ASTURO-Aerografo-Speciale-Superiore-Pressione/dp/B011KOMZ3O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1532529988&sr=8-1&keywords=Asturo+H-827P
Or a handheld cheap electric spray gun like this one
https://www.subito.it/giardino-fai-da-te/pistola-a-spruzzo-elettrica-nuova-como-255203323.htm
Or even… well, paint and brush

you have not said how many windows and doors you have to paint.
but, in my opinion, it is more efficient to prime and paint with the brush.
if you are not going to paint the walls later, the air spray takes a long time
to mask tape everything off to protect from the over spray.
I lived in Northern Sardinia for 3 years and never saw anyone using a sprayer.
but – that was many years ago when everything was done “Old School”.
the electric sprayer Pistola a spruzzo elettrica nuova for 30 € is about $35.00 USD.
so it is not all that expensive and may or may not work for your projects.
here in the US, that is what we call the Harbor Freight model. (a cheap brand name).
people here in the USA like to spray everything because they have the compressors
and the appropriate equipment and space to do it. again, I recommend the brush.
buona fortuna amico mio

That paint is for INTERIOR use like cabinets and trim.

You need to use a good EXTERIOR OIL BASED PRIMER first.

Be sure to sand between coats lightly with 220 grit.

For the final coats, any good exterior latex will work.

For windows, I recommend paint with a brush unless you have a lot of future work like doors. By the time you get all the windows taped off, you can have it painted!!

I would not invest in a compressor unless you plan to start spraying a lot, and even then, an electric airless sprayer is most practical for going to a job. Take a look at the Graco electric sprayers. They do a good job with latex paints.

The Asturo gun you have linked must be used with a compressor.

-- Everything is a prototype thats why its one of a kind!!

Thank you very much guys I appreciate your help
I think I will just paint by brush no need to invest in gun + compressor at least not right now
