Yesterday I called Supermax/Laguna with a question about my 16/32 sander and adjusting the tension hold down rolls. The support was very good and following the advice got me going quickly.

A couple hours later, I got a call back asking if my problem was resolved. Quick, competent customer service will make me think of them the next time I purchase a major tool.

I had just purchased a Supermax drum sander a few months ago, and while I may have read about it somewhere…I was surprised to see Laguna had bought the brand. It popped up when I registered my warranty on line. Laguna has had (maybe) an inconsistent reputation with CS, at least in the past. Glad to hear they helped you out.
