Topic tags/keywords: salt mill ceramic grinder pepper mill

I have read that because of salt’s corrosivity ceramic is the best (perhaps only) material to use for the actual grinding mechanism in a salt mill. I know I have seen salt grinder kits that have a ceramic grinding mechanism, but I can’t seem to find what brand, or who sells them. Many of the usual online vendors I go to don’t specify what the salt grinder mechanism is. Not saying anything always makes me uneasy.

Any suggestions?
