Been wanting one of these for some time
But I am too cheap to buy a new one and building one was going to be my next choice
But I found one in OfferUp for what I figured was a good deal even though this is the most I have paid for one used tool
What is it ?
A good workbench
I found a small Sjoberg bench in nice condition for
$200
Don’t get me wrong I have very nice machines and tools but I seem to get them for a song and dance
But even with our huge selection of woodworking stuff to choose from not many benches come up so I did not Waist any time picking it up

It looks like this one!

I think you got a good deal. If it looked like your picture, I would have bought it instantly.

I have a very small space to work in
Like 10×10
It’s a spare bedroom
I have to keep the larger machines outside but I’m working on that too
Going to put up a portable shed and work outside for the summer then back to the little shop when the weather turns
I also have new unbuilt bench that I bought a while back for $50 and am going to build it for the outside shop
It was sold by Costco about 10 years ago
Needs a better top but will work

As always you are savant at finding stuff.

I have that Costco bench. My wife bought it for me 10-15 years ago.

You need a big nasty dog for that yard.

Still have that compressor for you. Just no time to bring it by.

Looks like a nice bench. You gonna spend some time cleaning it up and restoring it or use it as is?

I been hoping to come across one of these for decades. Never have, or have been too far away from home when it happens.
Congrats!

I finally broke down and built my own, but would have loved to have found an old one.

It looks like this one!

But isn’t that one. That picture is all over the internet. Why not show the actual bench?

I have no idea why it is upside down?
I even inverted it in my pictures and re did it and it still came out upside down?
Got me stumped!

Looks like a great bench, and a steal for that price!
Happy woodworking!
