Just thought I’d pass this along.
I have a Grizzly 17 inch band saw with urethane tires. I’ve not used it for quite a while. When I was wanting to do some cutting of thick stock I found out the upper tire would creep off the wheel. I went through the tune up adjusting as to specs. I took off the tire and it seemed a bit stretched, easy to take off. I saw some posts where this was happening and most suggested new tires. I thought I would try one last thing before ordering new tires. I put the tire in a can of water and boiled it for about ten minutes took it out and let it cool. I then had i very hard time putting it back on so it must have shrunk. After I got it reinstalled and back together I used it for a hour and it worked just fine.
I don’t know how long it will last but it’s worth a try.

Bead of super glue will work wonders and if you ever need to remove it, CA breaks easily at a fairly low temperature .. I want to say around 120F.
