Price-$150
Table Saw Motor Cover
Application-Rockwell Unisaw with oval cabinet opening for motor (approx 1935-mid ‘60’s) see photo
Metal-Class 30 cast iron
Weight-approx. 35 pounds
Mounting holes-3/8”
Mounting flanges-3/8” thick
Very limited quantity. Limited time for price listed.
These motor covers are better than anything available, priced considerably lower and shipping cost is half of normal pricing.
I had these made so they could finally be affordable to anyone but there is no guarantee I will have more made (and if I do, it takes at least 2 months to get them).

Shipping – Covers are heavily packed in a 275# double wall box. You WILL get you motor cover without damage.

Will ship to anywhere in U.S. except for Alaska and Hawaii for $25.

Yes. The first and only run is gone. I would have kept making them but there was very little demand.. I spent a lot of time and money to get everything to the point of completing a first run, sold them cheap and offered a low cost shipping. People all over the country said they wanted them but very few actually bought them. I said if there wasn’t even a small demand I would stop having them made. I still have the pattern and will sell it for $500, which is a fraction of what I paid for it.

Thanks for the update! I am about to pay almost that amount for a plastic one. ugh.
One idea is to take orders and payment before doing a run.

I couldn’t sell them for the same price as one of those but I came as close as I could. People don’t realize what they missed out on. A better grade of cast iron and 1/8” thicker. Much better than the original covers. I did everything I could to make an affordable cast iron cover. The only options were an original for $250-$300 ($50-$60 shipping), plastic $100-$120 ($40-$50 shipping), Renovo $230 ($50-$60 shipping) or mine $150 ($25 shipping). Seemed like a no brainier. Oh well, the pattern is still available. It’s a $2,000 pattern for sale for $500. You will never see that opportunity again.

Have your say...
