Topic tags/keywords: question

Well, I’m getting sick of how I currently have my dust bin lid directly mounted under my SDD, so I’ve decided to do what I’ve seen a lot on here: add a 6” flange to the SDD bottom and the lid and run a short length of 6” hose between them. I only really need about 3ft of hose, if that, and don’t have a use for it elsewhere. Does anyone have any extra lengths they’d be willing to sell me, or a recommendation where I can buy such a small amount?

Thanks in advance!

McMaster Carr sells by the foot.

If it is a straight shot, maybe 6” stovepipe will work!

Ended up going with Wuddoc’s suggestion. Ordered from McMaster Carr on Friday, got it before noon on Saturday. Having never ordered from them before, I was a little skeptical about them not listing their shipping prices…but they ended up charging me about $7 for next day delivery, so I’m pretty pleased.
