I just recently saw some real pretty rainbow poplar slabs, I don’t think they were quite 5’ wide but they were about 15’ long

I got a red oak splinter in my thumb one time. I cried like a little girl. It was 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long. Lots of red stuff came out until the Doc pulled it out and taped it up. The thumb, not the splinter.

I’ll take 284,000 board feet!

Will it fit in a pickup truck?? I have my own bungee cords! :)

John – thanks for posting the pics. I do not do Facebook & therefore could not see them.

Martin – do you have a “business” address, phone number, email?
We live in Weaverville, about 10 miles north of Asheville.
Always looking for nice figured wood for my boxes.
Do you have anything other than just the slabs?

Thanks.
