Last weekend 5-6-18 / I had went to the 2nd annual Great Lakes Woodworking Festival in Adrian Mi. It was my first time to the festival and Adrian Mi. The event was a smaller wood working event with some seminars and venders. As I was reviewing the venders I ran into Erik from Florip Toolworks who is one of the members here at the forum. The ironic part was I had first meet Erik about 5 years ago in San Diego California when he and I were both taking the same class at the American School of French Marquetry. The class was great and time had passed and 4 years later I run into him in Adrian Michigan. Both times miles apart but still ran into each other again, Boy it’s a small world.

But the really story here is I had no Idea that Erick was making tools and how good of tools he was making. If you get a chance check out his web site WWW.FLORIPTOOLWORKS.COM He has some nice quality tools at some good prices.

That’s some interesting coincidence. We agree about Erik’s talent. He hangs out on the saws thread here pretty often:
